30th Birthday

Location: Essex, UK.

Event: 30th Birthday

Description: One of our recent projects was themed around the concept of “boujee and pink”, and let me tell you, it was an absolute blast to create.

We drew inspiration from popular TV shows and incorporated a number of elements that we knew would be a hit with our clients. One of the first things we decided on was pink flooring, which provided the perfect foundation for the rest of the room. We then added custom neon signs and flower walls to complete the overall aesthetic.

Of course, we didn’t stop there. To really make the room stand out, we created bespoke greenery arches with controllable LED strips running through them. This allowed us to adjust the lighting to suit the mood of the event, whether it was a high-energy dance party or a more relaxed gathering.

We also included a full lighting package that ran from front to back, ensuring that every corner of the room was beautifully illuminated. The video walls we installed for the bar and stage added an extra dimension of entertainment, allowing guests to enjoy their favourite shows and music videos while sipping on their cocktails.

To complement the room, we added decor such as blossom trees that overhung the stage, a sparkling 16ft white dancefloor, and a bathtub turned ball-pit that made for the perfect photo op. The end result was a truly memorable event that had guests talking for weeks afterwards.

At Icon Events, we pride ourselves on our attention to detail and our ability to create custom event productions that perfectly match our clients’ visions. Whether you’re planning a corporate event, a wedding, or a private party, we have the expertise and creativity to make it an unforgettable experience.
