Description: Icon Events is always excited to take on new projects and transform blank spaces into unforgettable event experiences. When we were tasked with an empty room, we immediately got to work designing a multi-platformed staging area with a sunken dance floor as the centerpiece of the space.

At Icon Events, we know that staging is a critical aspect of any event, and we put a lot of thought into making this area both functional and visually stunning. We made sure that the staging was large enough to accommodate two different bands, and we provided a full lighting and sound package to ensure that the performances would be as impactful as possible.

To add to the overall ambiance of the space, we also designed custom-wrapped red booth areas, complete with our personal gold art deco panels separating each booth and giving each one a personal feel. We wanted to ensure that every guest had a special place to retreat to throughout the night.

To create even more depth and interest in the room, we utilized the support pillars already present by wrapping them in red drapes. This added an extra layer of dimension to the space and helped to frame the booths and dance floor.

Overall, at Icon Events, we are passionate about creating unique and unforgettable event experiences, and this project was no exception. By focusing on the staging, lighting, and custom design elements, we were able to transform an empty room into a dynamic and visually stunning event space that left a lasting impression on all who attended.
